Nutritional Lentil Soup

4 Cups of water
2 Cups of Lentils
4 Cloves of garlic
2 Large green onions
1 Medium onion (rough chopped)
1/2 cup mixed peppers (Red Yellow Green)
1/4 cup Fresh Cilantro
1 teaspoon garlic onion powder
1 small bunch of collard greens
3 large Kale leaves
4 large Bok Choi leaves
2 cups Purple Cabbage
Pink Salt to taste
