Ingredients:

Olive oil 1/2 tablespoon
Zucchini 200 gm
Potato 1 medium size
Carrot 200 gm
Corn 1 Tablespoon
Green peas 1 Tablespoon
Okra 250 gm
Green chilies 2-3
Curry leaves 10-12
Coriander for garnishing

Spices :
Cumin powder – 1 Tea spoon
Coriander powder – 1 Tea spoon
Red chilly powder – 1 Tea spoon
Salt to taste
Turmeric – 1 Tea spoon

Method :

Wash and cut all veggies
Take a pot add olive oil ,curry leaves and chopped garlic roast for a minute add add corn fry for 3 mins and add remaining vegetables,chillies and spices cook for 5 mins on low flame and add coriander leaves and serve with brown rice Or chapati
