INGREDIENTS:
Chicken Tenders:
1.5lbs of Chicken Breast Tenders (About 10 Tenders)
1 ¼ Cups or 75g of Panko Bread Crumbs
Salt, Pepper, and Garlic Powder
Egg Beaters or Yellow Egg Whites
Air Fryer or Oven

Dipping Sauce:
¼ cup or 64g Fat Free Mayo
2tbs or 32g Sugar Free Ketchup; I used G. Hughes
Worcestershire sauce
Salt
Pepper
Garlic Powder

Tenders:
First, pour out the Panko bread crumbs and Egg Beaters into separate bowls.

Next, get out your breast tenders, and one at a time, dip each tender into the Egg Beaters and then transfer them into the bread crumbs like so.

After you have most of them done, transfer them to your air fryer or a baking tray lined with foil or parchment paper on top of a wire rack. Not all of mine would fit, so I just made two batches instead of one large one.

Fry in the air fryer for about 7 minutes, or bake in an oven preheated to 425F for about 8 minutes.

After the 7 or 8 minutes are up, flip each tender over onto the other side, like so.

Bake for another 6 minutes in the air fryer, and 8 minutes again in the oven.

Once they are done, take them out and set them on a plate or cooling rack to cool. Keep in mind that bake times depend on the thickness of your tenders, so ALWAYS MAKE SURE TO CHECK THAT IT IS FULLY COOKED.

Sauce:
Just combine all ingredients together in a bowl until uniform throughout. Make sure to stir until there are no clumps left.
