INGREDIENTS

1.Bread
2.Coriander
3.Chicken sausage
4.Capsicum
5.Onion
6.Carrot
7.Pepper
8.Egg
9.Olive oil
10.Mayonnaise
11.Salt

Steps

1.Cut carrot,onions,capsicum, into small pieces
2.Mix all the vegetables with mayonnaise
3.Cut sausages into small pieces
4.Stir fry the sausage in olive oil at low flame and add coriander
5.Add salt & pepper to taste
6.Add an egg to the sausages and stir fry together
7.On the other side toast 3 slices of bread
8.Place the sausage egg patty on the bread slice ,over the top place another slice of bread and spread the mixed vegetable salad, place one more slice of bread on the top.
