• 1/2 a small banana, mashed
• 3 tbsp plain, all purpose flour
• 1/2 tsp baking powder
• 1/2 tsp cinnamon
• 1 1/2 tbsp milk of choice (I use oat)
• 1 tbsp light olive oil
• 1 tsp peanut butter
• 1 tbsp sugar
• handful dark chocolate chips (ensure they’re vegan)

Mix the first 8 ingredients in a large, microwave-safe mug, then stir in the chocolate chips and sprinkle a few on top. Microwave for 80-90 seconds – DON’T overcook and enjoy
