I think there is no better gift to our loved ones, than you make it your own. And if this gift is delicious and healthy, it’s even more valuable.
-100g cashew nuts
-50g cocoa butter
-2tblsp sugar-free, low-fat cocoa powder
-3csp chia seeds
-6pieces of dates
-10g of raisins
-it can be flavored with hazelnuts/puffed quinoa/dried fruits… Whatever you love (I use mixed nuts and amarant GF muesli)
Put the cashews, dates and raisins in a blender and mix to a paste.
Than add cocoa powder, chia seeds and grind everything finely (if you feel the paste is too hard, you can add a bit of coconut cream in it).
Melt the cocoa butter over steam, allow to cool slightly, then slowly add to the date pulp.
Mix it well, and press into a silicone mold (caution, this base does not flow).
You can sprinkle with hazelnuts/dried fruits or what you love on top.
Put it in the freezer for at least 1 hour!
And Voilá! Our super fantastic Chocolate is ready!
Cook with Love and Bon Appetit!
