Apple Pie Smoothie Recipe:
1/2 cup of ice
1 sweet apple (we used gala)
1 Tbsp of walnuts
2 Tbsps of rolled oats
1 Tbsp of ground flaxseed
1/2 tsp of cinnamon
A pinch of nutmeg
1 tsp of maple syrup
2/3 cups of Vanilla unsweetened almond milk
Blend everything together! Enjoy!
