In today’s video i will take you through a full day of eating on a very low calorie diet. I will show you some high protein, high volume recipes that you can implement into your diet. This is a very low calorie diet and i don’t recommend eating this amount of calories but i wanted to show you my approach and what tactics i would implement on these calories.
