This recipe can be baked in any baking pan you have or as cupcakes. This is not sweet AT ALL. But if you want it a bit sweeter, you can add an additional 1/4c of coco sugar. You can also add some nuts like walnuts, cashews or almonds, chocolate chips, dried cranberries, or whatever add ons you want.
Ingredients:
1/2c softened butter
1/2c coco sugar
1tsp vanilla extract
2 large eggs
1tsp moringa powder
1c overripe bananas (mashed)
1/2c buttermilk (for substitute…1/2 fresh milk + 1 1/2 tsp clear & distilled vinegar or lemon juice)
*you may also use just plain milk, sour cream, coconut milk or yogurt instead of buttermilk
2c all purpose flour
1tsp baking soda
1 1/2tsp baking powder
