Low carb Jowar & Methi roti

Benefits :-

Ingredients :-
30 grams – Jowar flour
½ Cup methichopped
1 teaspoon Ajwain
Salt as per taste
3 tablespoon yogurt for binding and making dough

Method :-
In a mixing bowl add all the above ingredients and bind it with a spoon until a dough is formed.
Grease your hands with one tablespoon of olive oil and make small balls and roll into nice small rotis and cook the same on low to medium flame on a non stick pan.

Tip :- Serve it with cucumber raita (
