MEDITERRANEAN SALAD INGREDIENTS:
1 Italian style salad mix (5 cups romaine lettuce)
1 sliced tomatoes
2 sliced mini cucumbers
8 kalamata olives
1 chili pepper
Italian style shredded cheese ( mozzarella, Parmesan, provolone, Romano, fontaina, and asiago)
RECIPE:
-Layer the salad mix, tomatoes, cucumbers, onion, and olives
-Drizzle with the dressing
-Top with the chili pepper
-Sprinkle the cheese
DRESSINGS:
2 tablespoons lemon juice
2 tablespoons white vinegar
8 tablespoons olive oil
1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
1/8 teaspoon dried basil
1/8 teaspoon dried oregano
1/8 teaspoon dried mint
Salt and pepper
Recipe:
-Mix all the dressing ingredients

1 كيس خليط من الخس الاخضر ، 5 اكواب
1 طماطم مقطعة إلى شرائح
2 شرائح خيار صغير
8 حبات زيتون كالاماتا
1 فلفل حار
جبنة مبروشة على الطريقة الإيطالية
الوصفة:
– ضعي مزيج السلطة والطماطم والخيار والبصل والزيتون
– ضعي عليها الصلصة
– ضعي الفلفل الحار
-رشي الجبن
الصلصة:
2 ملعقه كبيرة عصير ليمون
2 ملعقه كبيرة خل أبيض
8 ملاعق كبيرة زيت زيتون
1/8 ملعقه صغيره مسحوق ثوم
1/8 ملعقه صغيره ريحان مجفف
1/8 ملعقه صغيره اوريجانو مجفف
1/8 ملعقه صغيره نعناع مجفف
ملح وفلفل
الوصفة:
-تخلط جميع مكونات الصلصة
