PROCEDURE:

IN A MIXING BOWL ADD 1.5CUPS WHEAT FLOUR ,1/4 CUP GRAM FLOUR, 1 CUP CHOPPED METHI LEAVES, GREEN CHILLI JEERA PASTE ,1TSP GINGER GARLIC PASTE,1/2 TEA SPOON TURMERIC,1/2 TEA SPOON SALT,1/4CUP CURD MIX IT WELL

ADD WATER GRADUALLY AND MAKE IT INTO A SMOOTH DOUGH

REST IT FOR 30MTS

NOW TAKE SOME DOUGH AND FLATTEN IF AND START ROLLING INTO A THIN ROTI

SWITCH ON FLAME PUT A TAWA

WHEN TAWA HEATS UP PUT THE THEPLA AND ROAST IT WELL ON ONE SIDE

FLIP IT FRY IT ON BOTH SIDES ONCE COOKED SWITCH OFF FLAME
