1 Tsp Chopped Garlic
2 Green Chillies
1 Med. Onion
1/8 Tsp Turmeric Powder
3 Big Potatoes

Red Chutney Recipe:
1 Tbsp Oil
2 Tbsp Chana Dal
4 Pods Garlic
1 Inch Ginger
3 Shallots
4 Red Chilli
5 Kashmiri Red Chilli
1/4 Tsp Turmeric Powder
Salt

Tuesday : Aloo Poha In 10 Mins
Ingredients
1 cup Poha
1 tablespoon Oil
1/2 teaspoon Mustard Seeds
1/2 teaspoon Cumin Seeds
2 tablespoon Peanuts
1/8 teaspoon Asafoetida
1/4 cup Onion
Salt, to taste
1 sprig Curry Leaves
1 Green Chilli
1/8 teaspoon Turmeric Powder
1 Potato, boiled

Wednesday : Masala Puttu

3-1/4 cup Water
