Brand New Recipe | Gluten free Tasty Snack | How to make HEALTHY KEBABS

These healthy lip smacking kebabs are rich in taste & health! I kept working on the flavour, keeping health in mind, until I got the best tasting kebabs ever! Pan fry them in ghee so you get an extremely mouthwatering flavour ❤️
This has become one of my favourite recipes! I promise you will fall in love too!

INGREDIENTS: for 10 kebabs
🌿1 cup matki/moth beans
🌿1/3 cup black chickpeas ( kala chana)
🌿2 sweet potatoes
🌿6 black peppercorns
🌿1 black cardamom
🌿1 cinnamon stick
🌿4 cloves
🌿1 bay leaf
🌿4 garlic cloves
🌿a small piece of ginger
🌿1 green chilli
🌿1 tbsp coriander seeds
🌿1/2 tsp cumin seeds
🌿1/2 tsp turmeric
🌿1/2 cup water
🌿salt to taste
🌿1 tbsp achaar masala
🌿1/3 cup besan
🌿1/4 tsp red chilli powder
🌿chopped fresh coriander
🌿ghee/oil for frying
Serve with fresh salad & yoghurt mint sauce. You can make lettuce wraps if you like!
