i made a huge *RAW* cake for myself (vegan healthy recipe for abs?!) HIGH PROTEIN

*RECIPE:
*Base:
1 cup chickpeas
1/2 banana
2 tbsp date syrup (or any liquid sweetener)
3 tbsp flour
pinch of salt
3 tbsp (vanilla or caramel) protein powder
(adjust to taste: some flav drops)

-save ~1/4 of the mixture for top

NOW add a splash of plant milk and 1/2 cup cocoa powder, plus more sweeterner if needed

*Filling:
1 block firm tofu (150g)
~7 tbsp coconut cream
1 cup soaked cashew nuts
lemon or lime juice + lemon / lime zest
1/4 cup xylit (lower calorie sugar) , sub with maple syrup or agave
more vanilla or cheesecake style flav drops

– add some chocolate chips to the remaining cookie dough from the beginning and feel free to mix in some more flour /protein powder and vanilla.

*top with berries and peanut butter:)

*keep it (sliced) frozen and let it defrost for ~30 min prior to eating it
