Ragi Rotti or Ragi Flat bread or Ragi Pancake is extremely nutritious and can be had for Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner. It is very filling. It is made using Ragi Flour. Can be had as it is with ghee or butter and it just melts in the mouth.
Ragi Flour is also used to make Ladoo, Porridge, Dosa, Malt and even cookies.
