* Turmeric – 1/4 tsp
* Chilly powder – 1/2 tsp
* Jeera powder – 1/2 tsp
* Garam masala – 1/2 tsp
* Chaat masala – 1/2 tsp
* Black pepper powder – 1/4 tsp
* Salt – 3/4 tsp, as per taste
* Mint leaves – 1 tbsp, chopped
* Coriander leaves – 2 tbsp, chopped
* Lemon juice – 1 tbsp
* Roasted rice flour – 1.5 tbsp
Sandwich preparation:
* Bread slice as required
* Green chutney
* Tomato ketchup
* Onion, sliced
* Sev (as required)
* Grated cheese
* Butter for roasting

* Boiled potato – 1/2 cup
* Carrot – 1/4 cup, grated
* Cucumber – 1/4 cup, chopped
