INGREDIENTS
beet root 1
wheat flour 1 cup
ragi flour 1/2 cup
salt 1 tsp
red chili powder 1 tsp
chia seeds 1.5 tbsps
flax seeds 1.5 tbsps
Sesame seeds 1.5 tsp
water as required
oil / ghee for greasing
METHOD
In a bowl add ragi flour ,wheat flour, flax seeds, chia seeds, sesame seeds , mix
steam the beet root and puree the beet root
add the beetroot puree to flour mixture and knead the flour
add the steam beet root water gradually to knead the flour
make the medium soft dough
grease the dough with ghee
and knead once
grease the surface and divide the dough
roll the the dough into thin flatbread
use the sharp knife to cut the flatbread into shapes
prick the shapes with fork
transfer the shapes to baking sheet and bake at 375 f for 10-15 mins
flip the crackers when half way through
freshly baked healthy crackers are ready to eat
serve with guacamole or dip of your choice
