4 Corn Tortillas
56g 2% Mexican Cheese
100g Fat Free Greek Yogurt
2 Tbsp. Chipotle Sauce (canned)
6 oz. 96/4 Lean Ground Beef
Half of a lime
Garnish: Onions, Cilantro, Tomato, Pickled Jalapenos
Directions-
Cut tortillas into 4ths. Preheat oven to 350. Spray tortillas lighty. Bake tortillas on sheet tray for 5-10 minutes.
Prep your veggies and garnish (optional)
Make chipotle crema: mix 100g of yogurt, 2 tbsp of adobo sauce, a pinch of salt and pepper, and the juice of half a lime.
Once chips are done, add your ground beef, 2% cheese, and bake for another 5-10 minutes until cheese is melted.
Once done, add veggies, garnish, and chipotle crema. ENJOY.
