Grilled Egg Sandwich Recipe For Weight Loss

Grilled egg sandwich for weight loss is a very simple sandwich recipe that you can very easily make at home keeping full control so that you do not get those extra pounds for having a yummy sandwich. This is the best to have as your breakfast, lunch or even as a dinner if you are on a weight loss journey.

Ingredients:-

Hard boiled eggs (smashed with a fork)
Finely chopped onions
Finely chopped bell peppers
Chilli flakes
Oregano
Honey Mustard salad dressing (home-made)
Chopped coriander leaves
Freshly crushed black pepper
Salt
Ghee (for brushing on top of the bread slices)

0:10 In a mixing bowl, add 2 hard boiled eggs and mash them with the help of a fork

2:29 Grill it on med-high flame for 5-7 mins till crunchy (Alternatively you may also use a pan on a gas stove with the flame of the oven on high while preheating)
