The recipe book, Cooking with Cass will have 165+ diet friendly recipes for you to use in your kitchen.Each recipe will list the macronutrients; protein, carbs, and fats as well as the calories.
If you are not dieting but would like to implement some of the recipes into your macronutrient or calorie targets you can always adjust the portions of ingredients or ingredients themselves. For example in this recipe instead of using the shirataki noodles you can use pasta noodles for a more carb and calorie dense meal.

Shirataki Noodle Beef Stir Fry

Ingredients:
1 pkg shirataki spaghetti noodles
3 oz beef fajita meat, pre cooked (John Soules brand)
2 tsp teriyaki sauce/,marinade (Kikkoman Brand)
Braggs liquid aminos to taste
3 oz mushrooms, chopped
50g steamed broccoli
10g green onion, chopped
30g bell pepper, chopped
1 tsp sesame seeds
Salt and pepper to taste
