Method:
1. In a medium hot pan, pour a tsp of oil. Now add garlic, ginger & chopped onion. Sauté well.
2. To it, add tomato, pumpkin, cauliflower, bottle gourd (Dudhi), carrot, cabbage & water. Mix well and cover for 3-4mins.
3. Grind this mixture to smooth paste
4. Now add salt, chilli flakes, oregano, black pepper & lemon juice.
5. Boil it for 2mins and serve hot
