Makes 4 servings
Ingredients
6 leftover chapattis
Capsicum thinly sliced 2
Cabbage sliced 1 cup
Onion sliced 2
Carrot sliced 2
3 garlic chopped
Soy sauce
Tomato sauce
Green chilly sauce
Schezwan sauce
Salt and pepper
Method
In 2 tsp oil add garlic and onion and saute a little. Add all veggies and saute for 2 min adding salt and pepper. Then cut chapattis by rolling them and thinly sliced. Add chapattis and add all sauces and garnish with some cheese and seasonings.
Note- method is the same as noodles preparation. Use veggies of your own choice
