Ingredients:

• 300 g flour
• 200 ml cold water
•2 tbs sunflower oil
•1/2 tsp salt
•10 g baking powder

Step 1:
In a bowl mix together 200 ml water, 2 tbs of sunflower oil and half of flour.

Step 2:

Add the salt and the baking powder and mix until well combined.

Step 3:

Incorporate gradually the rest of the flour until the dough has an elastic texture.

Step 4:
Let it rest for 20 minutes.

Step 5:
Form the pita breads and bake them at 200°C for 5-7 minutes until golden.
