In this vlog I show you my GO TO EASY healthy breakfast recipe which is delicious, nourishing and keeps you full during the day (ft.Chia Pudding)! I give you a small glimpse of what I eat in a day. We go bed hunting for our new dream bed and stop for a quick lunch just to find out they have given Reece the wrong order! I make a quick “Lite N Easy” lunch then we spend the rest of the afternoon at the beach and dine in at a local cafe for dinner.

△ MY EASY OVERNIGHT CHIA PUDDING RECIPE

Pour a few tablespoons (depending on the amount) of Organic Chai Seeds into a bowl
pour in enough milk to cover the chai seeds (I like to use almond milk but you can use ay milk you like)
Pour in a tablespoon roughly of Pure Canadian Maple Syrup
stir all ingredients together well and leave in fridge over night so that chai seeds swell up and expand in the milk

Then for breakfast the next morning, add the chai pudding to a bowl with mixed fruits of your choice, gentle fibre, berries, healthy nut butters and your done! Delish!
