Just started cooking and excited to use steel pots next time onwards…!!

CHICKEN VEGETABLE SOUP (SERVES 2-3)
Ingredients –
1 tbsp oil
1 clove garlic
1 cup onion
1 tomato
½ cup carrot (grated)
½ cup spinach
2 tbsp corn
2-3 tsp salt
½ tsp black pepper powder
1 cup shredded chicken
3-4 cups chicken stock
Procedure-
1.Chop and prepare veggies.
2.Heat oil in a deep pot. Add onion and garlic. Saute until translucent.
3.Add all veggies except spinach. Toss them for a min or two.
4.Add the chicken stock, salt & black pepper powder.
5.Bring the soup to simmer & simmer over low heat for about 10-20 mins or until veggies are tender.
6.Add spinach and cover the pot. The spinach will be reduced.
7.Stir in chicken and simmer until chicken is heated thoroughly. Add more stock if you want thinner soup.
8.Serve hot.
