Hi Guys,
Today I have shared 5 Breakfast from Monday to Friday, which will be helpful for weight loss and for healthy lifestyle.
1. Spinach Smoothie
2 Spinach set
Half Frozen banana
1 small apple
Dates ( optional)
half a cup water
Spinach smoothie is full of antioxidants and it keeps you full for long time.
2. Oats Chilla : Oats are slow to digest and hence keep us full for longer time.For this take 3 TBSP of powdered rolled oats, add salt, black pepper, veggies, 1 whole egg and 1 white egg and whisk everything nicely. On the frying pan, spray some oil and then cook the mixture for 2-3 mins.
Oats Chilla is ready.
3. Spinach cheese Omellete:
For this Spinach is mandatory, Take 1 whole egg and 2 white egss, add salt, pepper, jeera powder and while them well. On frying pan, spray the oil, and and spinach and other veggies like mushroom,onions, tomatoes. Semi cook them and then add the eggs. Now add 1 small cube of cheddar cheese to it. Spinach cheese omelette is Ready.
4. Overnight Oats
For this take 4-5 tbsp of rolled oats.Now add 6-7 Tbsps of yougurt to it, Add chia seeds, cinnamon, half an apple, honey and keep the preparation for overnight in refrigerator.Next morning, top it with fruits, almonds and some chia seeds.Overnights oats are ready.
5. Two Whole wheat bread with 1 and half TBSP of peanut butter with any fruit of your choice.
