EASY Sweet Potato Recipe Healthy: Flatbread | From the Garden Series Episode #1 | Grow & Eat | Thanksgiving Dish Guten Yardening
This amazingly simple and delicious sweet potato flat bread is going to quickly become a family favorite for you.
We were fortunate to have several really good sweet potato harvests this year, and one of the important elements of gardening is to also have a plant for how to preserve and consume the food. We don’t want to eat the same food the same way, over and over and risk growing tired of it.
Sweet potatoes are incredibly nutritious and versatile, and we have found many ways to prepare them that our entire family can enjoy. We will show you more of those ways in the future, but today we are going to introduce you to a flatbread recipe that we absolutely love!
You only need three ingredients (2 if you don’t want to add yogurt). You need a large sweet potato, some flour (we use unbleached flour), and a plain yogurt.
This recipe will take you about 50-55 minutes from start to finish, and the bread can be eaten for any meal of the day and goes great with hummus, and curry, and just about any other main dish.
