Ingredients:

Cabbage: ½ Cup
Onions: ½ Cup
Capsicum: ½ Cup
Carrot: ½ Cup
Cucumber: ½ Cup
Tomato: ¼ Cup
Coriander leaves: 1 Tbsp
Black pepper powder: ½ Tsp
Salt: ¼ Tsp
Eggless/Veg Mayonnaise: ½ Cup

Recipe:

Method: 1
1. In a bowl, add all vegetables with black pepper, salt and mayonnaise. Mix it well to a creamy consistency mixture.
2. On a bread slice, spread the mixture evenly and place another slice.
3. Cut the sandwich into a triangle shape. Enjoy the easy and simple recipe.

Method: 2
1. Spread a thin layer of butter on each side of a bread slice and toast on a hot pan.
2. Toast the bread slices on both sides evenly.
3. On the toasted bread slice, spread the mayonnaise mixture evenly and place another slice.
4. Cut the sandwich in a triangle shape and enjoy the sandwich with any veggie sauce.
