Methi/fenugreek leaves paratha very healthy, simple, tasty and delicious winter recipe.
Ingredients:
Wheat flour = 2 cup
Besan = 1/2 cup
Fresh Methi leaves= 2 cup chopped
Green chilli = 1 tbsp chopped
Ginger = 1tbsp grated
Coriander leaves = 1/4 cup chopped
Salt = 1.5tsp or to taste
Kashmiri Chilli powder = 1 tsp
Turmeric powder = 1 tsp
Cumin seeds(jeera) = 1tsp
Ajwain/carom seeds(oma) – 1tsp
Garam masala – 1/2 tsp (optional)
Sesame seed
Oil – 2tbsp
Curd/Yogurt – 1/2 cup
Water as required
Oil/ghee for roasting
