How to cook millet:
For Millet Pulao:
Oil – 2 -3 tbsp
Onion – 1/3 cup
Veggies – 1/2 cup
Cumin seed – 1/4 tsp
Millets – 1/2 cup
Cilantro – 2 tbsp
Tomato – 2 tbsp
Green chilli – 2 to 4
Cashew
Raisin
Preparing for Pulao:
1.Heat oil and add cumin seeds and green chilli.
2.Add onion and saute until translucent.
3.Add veggies and saute for 3 to 4 min .
4.If needed add water cover and cook until the veggies are cooked well.
5.Add cashews and raisins.mix well.
6.Add tomato and cilantro . Cook for 2 minutes.
7.Add cooked millets and needed salt , mix well.
8.Turn off the heat .
9.Ready to serve.
