Hello friends, today I am going to share with you a delicious very easy and healthy salad recipe – Lau er Salad / bottle gourd salad recipe. This is an authentic Tagore family’s salad recipe. So try this.
Ingredients / উপকরণ
2 cup bottle gourd pieces / লাউয়ের টুকরো
2 cup water / জল
1/4 tsp + 1/2 tsp salt / নুন
1 tsp mustard oil / সর্ষের তেল
4 branchlets of curry leaves / কারিপাতা
100g sour curd / টকদই
Dry roast powder (1 tsp Bengal Gram Lentil + 1 tsp urad dal) / ছোলার ডাল ও কলাই ডাল ( শুকনো খোলায় নেড়ে গুঁড়ো করা )
4 chopped green chillies / কাঁচালঙ্কা কুচি
