INGREDIENTS for capsicum pakoda

Onion – 1cup(2medium size)
Capsicum -1cup (1medium size)
Gram flour – 2Tbsp
Maida -1Tbsp
Rice flour -1Tbsp
Corn flour -1/2Tbsp
Chilli powder -1ts
Turmeric powder-1/2ts
Gingergarlic paste-1/2ts
Cumin seeds -1/2ts
Omam -1/2ts
Asafoetida -one pinch
Coriander and curry leaves
Oil
Salt as per taste

METHOD
Mix al the ingredients by sprinkling little water, pour the batter into hot oil, deep fry them both the sides till it becomes golden brown and crispy.
Serve hot with green chutney or tomato sauce.
