Air Fryer Carrot Flatbread (Healthy Sandwich Alternative)
Ingredients:
1 medium carrot
1 egg
70 g cheese
Spices: salt, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika
Filling (optional): cream cheese, spinach, chicken roll, tomato, bell pepper
Instructions:
Grate the carrot and cheese, add salt, pepper and other spices. Mix well.
Spread into a flat shape on a non-stick parchment paper.
Air fry at 350 F/180°C for 10 min (Bake mode).
Add your favorite filling, fold, and enjoy!
