5. Cold Veggie Rolls
Prepared with hung yogurt and grated carrots, mix bell peppers, salt & peppers in it, flat the bread and add the filling, roll it to make sandwich rolls like these. Shared recipe on my page already, do check.
6. Beetroot & Paneer Sandwich
Prepared with grated beets, carrots, mix bell peppers, salt pepper and oregano. Used mayo + yogurt + mint chutney as dressing. Detailed recipe is on my page already.
7. Chana & Paneer Sandwich
Stiffing is prepared with boiled Chana and paneer along with mix bell peppers + seasoning.

8. Air fry tofu and veggies sandwich
Air fry your favorite veggies + tofu to make the stuffing and then stuff inside two bread slices to make a delicious sandwich.
9. Cottage Cheese Sandwich
Use 100 Gm low fat cottage cheese among two toasted slices along with raw veggies of your choice.
