– flanked short ribs
– 1 tbsp garlic
– 1-2 tsp tomato paste
– 1 tsp lime juice
– 2 tsp hot sauce (I did habenero)
– 1 tsp paprika
– 1/4 tsp salt
– 1/4 tsp cumin
– 1-2 tbsp water
The ribs are cooked on a cast iron
– heat the cast iron to high
– add your short ribs directly to the pan
– thin ribs like this cook fast so they usually need 1-2 min per side depending on thickness
– remove from heat
Potatoes on the side had salt, avocado oil, and Italian seasonings, roasted in the oven for about 40-45 min at 375 F
