Hi everyone! I hope you are all okay, despite everything! I am so sorry I haven’t been the usual me and uploaded as regularly. I have been trying so hard to focus on the kids and hopefully things will be back to normal next week and I can throw myself back into my work, because I have missed it and I have missed you too! But yes, I’m back with another grocery haul and lots of family meal ideas in the form of our meal plan for this week! And, what a cliché, I am still eating healthy! This grocery shop is from last week and it’s from Tesco again (not an ad, despite working with them before) and the meal plan for a family of five is down below too. MEAL PLAN
FRIDAY – Takeaway!
SATURDAY – Whipped feta with roasted garlic tomatoes on toast with some cured meats and salad
SUNDAY – Yorkshire pudding wraps – going to try and make my own Yorkshire pudding wraps, and then fill with beef, horseradish, carrots, onions, peas and maybe a roast potato or two and gravy. Just thought it would be fun!
MONDAY – Homemade sweet and sour chicken with egg fried rice
TUESDAY – Pulled pork burritos with salsa, guacamole and tortilla chips
WEDNESDAY – Meatball and garlic bread traybake – – with a green salad
THURSDAY – Nando’s wrap again because we are obsessed!

I’m a 33 year-old mum of three, who lives in Cheshire, in the UK, and this is my small part of the online world, where I share my story. And things I enjoy and like too! I have three children, Bill, Daisy and Stanley, and they seem to be growing up so darn fast these days.
