Mustard micro greens-1/2 cup
Chia micro greens-1/2 cup
Flax micro greens-1/4 cup
Moong dal-1/2 cup
Green chillies-5
Dried red chillies-6-7
Tomato-1
Onion-1
Ginger-1 inch
Garlic-10-12 pods
Cumin seeds (jeera)1tsp
Mustard seeds-1 tsp
Curry leaves for tempering
Coriander leaves for garnish
Turmeric powder-1/2 tsp
Oil-1 tbsp
Ghee-1 tsp
1/2 tsp tamarind juice
