Easy vaazhaipoo soup

Ingredients
Toor dal – 4tbsp
water
turmeric powder-1 tsp
oil-1 tsp

pressure cook for 5 mins(3 whistles)

In pan
oil-1 tbsp
Pepper-1 tbsp
jeera- 1tbsp
small onion-5 (or) big onion-1(medium)
Tomato-1(medium)
garlic-1

After fried transfer it to mixie jar and grind it

In cooker
Toor dal is well cooked

Add cleaned and chopped vaazhaipoo
and add salt (as required)

pressure cook for 10 mins (5 whistles)

After that
Add the Paste and pressure cook for 2 mins
(1 whistle)

Then filter and serve with white rice , idly or dosa.
