Nasturtium flower is an edible flower. All other parts of the plants like leaves, stems are also edible. It’s slightly peppery in taste and gives a nice peppery punch to your salad.

INGREDIENTS:
Nasturtium flower
Nasturtium leaves
Chopped Kale leaves
Chopped Basil leaves
Paneer bites 1 cup
Chopped cucumber
Chopped onions
Chopped cherry tomatoes 1 cup
Mustard sauce 3 tbsp
Thousand island salad dressing 5 tbsp
Salt as needed
Black pepper powder 1/2 tbsp
Olive oil 1 tbsp

METHOD:
In a mixing bowl add all the above mentioned ingredients, mix well and serve.
