Hey there! Welcome back to my channel!! I wanted to share some of my fave *healthy* dessert ideas with you! I chose to swap out misc high sugar – high carb – high calorie options, with these lighter, guilt free, quick & easy options! These have helped me while on my weight loss journey, and have also since helped me to maintain my progress… while still satisfying my cravings! 🙂

– Funfetti dip:
You can certainly add lite cool whip if you have some thawed, or time to pre-thaw it! (I typically keep mine in the freezer, but if you keep yours in the refrigerator than i recommend adding this to yours! ) The cool whip adds a bit more sweetness, and more of a lighter air whipped fluff to the texture! 🙂
FYI: The amount I made will last a few days, but if you are looking to make a single serving reduce by half. I just typically make a bit extra to have on hand for when i feel like snackin 🙂
ALSO: If you are wanting to make this for a gathering: Mix together, 2 cups thawed lite or regular cool whip, 1 box confetti cake mix, 2 cups greek yogurt *plain or vanilla* Add more sprinkles over top for garnish, Then serve! It’s always been a big hit when I bring this to summertime parties!!
You can serve with all types of fruit, chocolate mini rice cakes, teddy grams / animal crackers, gram crackers, pretzels, etc!

I recommend the variety pack / mixed box! I have been a big fan of Built for YEARS. There is a reason they have over 75,000+ 5 star reviews! My fave flavors are orange, raspberry, mint brownie, peanut butter brownie & cookies & creme! These are a great pre-packaged option to have on hand at home, at work, in your bag, etc!

– Frozen Yogurt Bark:
Some other ingredients I recommend you try in yours are, Honey, Cinnamon, Granola, white chocolate chips, Various fruits, nuts, drizzled nut butter/peanut butter, I also like to change up the yogurt flavor for example: I used vanilla in todays, but I also sometimes use strawberry, or whatever flavor you prefer! 🙂

– Protein milkshake:
You can change this up SO many ways, example: other flavor protein powder or fruits, fat free whipped cream, or add sugar free syrup or cocoa powder if you’d like as well!
