Ingredients

• 1 cup cabbage (grated)
• ½ cup cucumber (grated)
• ½ cup carrot (grated)
• 2 tbsp curd (dahi)
• 2 tbsp mayonnaise
• 1 tbsp fresh cream
• ½ tsp oregano
• ½ tsp chilli flakes
• Salt to taste
• Bread slices

Recipe

Grate cabbage, cucumber and carrot.
Squeeze out all excess water properly.
In a bowl, add grated veggies, curd, mayo and cream.
Add oregano, chilli flakes and Black Pepper. Mix well to make creamy filling.
Cut the edges of bread slices.
Spread a layer of filling on bread.
Place another slice, add more filling, and top with another bread slice (double layer sandwich).
Press gently, cut and serve fresh.
