Hello welcome to another video! This video is all about how to make Gluten Free and Vegan Banana Bread. My story with eating Gluten Free is a personal preference to heal inflammation and an injury, and the same goes for trying to eat vegan as much as possible.
So – I’ve been pretty much making this healthy and tasty Banana Bread Recipe once a week. It’s soft and super filling with no added sugar, only sweetness from the dates. You can eat it anytime of the day but preferably with peanut butter and your favourite tea!

INGREDIENTS
4 x Large Bananas
150 grams of Gluten Free Flour
2 x Teaspoons of Baking Powder
1 x Teaspoon of Vanilla Extract
FOR FILLING
5-7 Dates
Nuts of choice (Walnuts, Pumpkin, Sunflower)
Add a little plant milk if mixture is too thick
