Hi friends, today I am sharing with you my current favorite healthy breakfast idea, it is a roti or paratha with liquid dough. This is a diet recipe for weight loss also, in single roti or paratha will get only 60 calories, friends, this breakfast recipe is very healthy and easy to prepare recipe.
Usually roti with liquid dough made from maids, egg but I didn’t added maids, egg. It is made from multigrain atta and I added so many vegetables also that increase the nutritional value of this breakfast recipe. We can call it as garlic paratha recipe. Garlic paratha recipe
Ingredients
1. Oats ata-60g (1/2 cup)
2. Whole wheat flour-60g (1/2 cup)
3. Coriander leaves-10g
4. Mint leaves-5g
5. Green chili- as per taste
6. Garlic-5g
7. Cumin seeds(jeera)-as per taste
8. Coriander pwder-1 tsp
9. Salt-as per taste
10. Oil/Ghee-5 ml
Cooking method
1. Take 1/2 cup oats, grind it.
2. Take a bowl add oats powder, whole wheat ata, mix well.
3. Chop and wash all the veggies, add it in chopper and finely chop it.
4. Add chopped veggies in the flour mix well.
5. Add spices like cumin seeds, coriander powder and salt.
6. Add nearly 1.5 cup water mix well.
7. Heat a pan, add 1 spoon batter to the pan.
8. Cook it on both sides.
9. Add few drops of ghee or oil to it.
10. Roast it on both sides.
11. Our healthy breakfast is ready.
