200g Boneless Chicken
2 Cloves of garlic
2 Cup water
1/2 tsp Salt
1/2 ground Black pepper
1/3 cup Lettuce
1 small crushed green chilli
1/4 cup diced red capsicum
1/4 cup chopped mint
1-2 tbsp Mayonnaise
1-2 tbsp chilli Mayonnaise
Preparation!
Add water, boneless chicken, cloves, salt abd ground black pepper in a pan and cook it for 12-15 minutes
shredded the chicken and and mint, capsicum, green chillies, Mayo and spicy Mayo.
Mix it well until combine properly.
Spread this mixture on to bread.
Your healthy and delicious Sandwiche is ready.
