So, today’s video contains 3 more high volume recipes for fat loss & muscle gain. Meal number one is breakfast nachos. This is a great way to start the day because not only is it low in calories and high in protein, the high fibre content is also massively beneficial in making it a very filling way to start the day. Next up we have some high protein chicken skewers. These are an absolute game changer and due to the fact they are so low in calories, you can easily combine them with some rice/homemade chips to make it a great high volume recipe! Or if you were looking for even more volume, you could go for cauliflower rice. And last but not least we have some healthy low calorie brownies. Brownies are quite a tough one to get right, especially when you’re including protein powder. But I have absolutely nailed this recipe and each brownie bite contains just over 80 calories which really isn’t bad for such a treat!

And as well as my recipes, I chat about little tips and tricks that have help me remain consistent with my diet, with my weight loss goals and with my calorie deficit down the years. Because I know quite a lot of people watching this have struggled and have maybe developed quite an unhealthy relationship with food (and I’ve been there). So, I hope these tips help.
