Banana-2
Wheat flour-1 1/2 cup
Sugar- 3/4 cup
Oil- 1/2 cup
milk- 1/2 cup
baking powder- 1 tbsp
baking soda -1/2tsp
cinnamon powder- 1/2tsp
nuts-1/4 cup
*Add banana, sugar, oil, milk into a mixie jar and blend to fine paste
*Transfer the mixture to a mixing bowl
*Sieve the dry ingredients-add flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon powder
*Adding cinnamon powder will make your bread Flavourful
*Mix the flour by cut and fold method
*Mixture is ready for baking add 1/4 cup more milk if you find your batter is very thick
*Grease a pan with oil for baking
*Place a butter paper and pour the mixture for baking
*Pre-heat oven for 10 mins at 180° and bake for 50-55 minutes
*Garnish nuts on the mixture
*Bread is ready after 50 minutes, insert a stick and check if it is baked inside
*Let it cool down,cover with a cotton cloth
*Cut into pieces and serve!
