Ingredients
2 eggs
100 g overnight oats
A little salt and black pepper to taste
30 g grated cheese of your choice
1 teaspoon olive oil
Instructions
1.Crack the eggs into a bowl.
2.Season with salt and black pepper.
3.Beat eggs and other ingredients until well blended.
4.Add in the overnight oats and grated cheese.
5.Beat the ingredients again to combine.
6.Heat the olive oil in a pan on medium heat.
7.Once the oil is hot, pour in the beaten eggs.
8.Cook the eggs for 2 minutes each side.
9.Transfer the omelet into a plate and ENJOY!
