Hey Fam! Here’s a simple healthy dinner idea for you all! Chicken thighs in the air fryer along with a side of veggies. This is a great low carb and keto friendly meal that only takes 15 minutes to make! I absolutely love using the air fryer and I’ve been cooking more and more things in it! Chicken thighs are by far one of our favorite things to cook using the air fryer. They are perfectly crispy but juicy and tender on the inside.

Ingredients:
Chicken:
yellow mustard
black pepper
garlic powder
seasoned pepper
Montreal chicken seasoning (McCormick)

Broccoli:
sea salt
garlic and herb seasoning(no salt)
seasoned pepper(no salt)
garden vegetable seasoning (McCormick)

Squash:
sea salt
roasted garlic herb seasoning
oregano
