Hey guys! In this video, we take a crack at making Japanese Milk Bread. We wanted to show you guys that it is totally possible to make great milk bread at home without any special equipment such as a stand mixer or a pullman loaf pan! We made a lot of mistakes along the way but we made sure to showcase it so you guys can avoid them and just go straight to making some awesome milk bread! We also made fruit sandwiches out of the bread we made and they were super delicious. Let us know how it goes if you’ve made them and we hope you guys try them out!

Ingredients:
All Purpose Flour: 400g
Sugar: 2 Tbsp
Salt: 2g
Oil: 2Tbsp
Milk :167mL
Hot Water: 83g
Yeast: 1 Packet
Eggs: 2
1 Pint Heavy Cream
1 Kiwi
2 Tangerines
3 Strawberries
some grapes

Recipe:
1. In the bowl, put 400g flour, 2g salt and 1T sugar, mix it with 83g of boiling water.
2. Microwave 167g of milk and mix 1 packet of yeast in it.
Pour the mixed liquid into the flour bowl and mix everything.
Let it sit for 20 minutes.
3. After 20 minutes, add 2og oil and knead it for 5 minutes.
And let it sit in warm place for 1 hour until it becomes double the size.
4. Sprinkle dry flour over the puffed dough and take out the air by pushing the dough down.
5. Divide dough into 3 pieces and roll each piece to get rid of air. Mold and put them into the cooking pan. Let it sit for 45 minutes or rise up to at least 90% of the pan.
6. Bake it at 375 degree Fahrenheit for 30 minutes

Cream
Heavy cream 300ml, 3T monk fruit sweetener and whisk it until thick. refrigerate it until making sandwiches
